Hi, I’m Caroline, I am in my mid-fifties, single mum to a very handsome young man, I am a mindset and manifestation mentor and teacher, intuitive guidance coach, Angel card reader, Holistic practitioner and teacher. I have been in business for nearly 10 years, and full-time self-employed for 8.  

I've had every level of wealth you can think of. I have been extremely wealthy. Shopping in the best stores in Ireland, like Brown Thomas's which would be the Irish equivalent of Harrods in London, shopping for Christmas presents, designer clothes, etc, going on holidays four and five times a year. Living the high life. 

I have also lived on social welfare and being supported by local charities to make ends meet, as a single mom of a new born baby suffering with depression. As you can see, I have a lot of life experience.  

In 1997 Oprah Winfrey introduced her Gratitude Practice on her show, this was the first time I had ever heard of this kind of practice. I loved it immediately. From then up to about 8 years ago I did gratitude but not with the depth and understanding I have now. I would say I was ticking a box. 

When I read the book “The Magic” by Rhonda Byrne my understanding of gratitude changed completely and with that so did my life. I really started to understand the importance of a deep emotional connection to your gratitude and all the different parts of our life to be grateful for. Take nothing for granted. Since then, I have been deepening my gratitude practice and I am now using it as the core point of my manifestation practice.  Taking on board Neville Goddards teaching of assuming the wish is already fulfilled I now write my gratitude daily for the life I want as if I am already living it. This changes me, my vibration and the frequency on which I think, feel, believe and act each day. 

 I have literally taken myself from social welfare payments to a six-figure business and I've done it by myself as a self-employed single mother. And if I can do it, you can do it too, I will show you how.
