CHAKRA BALANCING ONLINE COURSE

When our life is out of balance on the outside it is a very strong indication that things are not balanced inside us. 

Work is taking it’s toll on us, relationships may be under pressure, there maybe heartache or grief, we feel lost and disillusioned, we are totally out of balance.

In order for us to find the solution we must first look to ourselves, bring ourselves back into balance mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually.

That all starts with balancing your internal energy, balancing your chakras. 

I have put together this course to help you regain balance in your life, starting from what I call the foundation, your chakras, the energy centres of your body.

This is an 8-week course where we will cover each of the 7 main chakras in your body and on the 8^th week we will have a recap and a full chakra balancing meditation.

A downloadable Pdf outlining the core points covered in the tutorial,

A healing meditation for each chakra,

You will have access to this material always, once you pay for your course it is yours to go back over as often as you wish.

Week 6.        Third Eye Chakra

Week 7.        Crown Chakra

Week 8.        Recap of all the chakras and Balancing Chakra Mediation

There will also be a private Facebook group (which is optional), where you can come and ask your questions and I will check in on this page daily to answer questions but it is also good to tag me in your question to make sure I see it.

The course runs for the 8 weeks this is to give you time to connect in with each chakra and to get to do each meditation.
